Return & Refund Policy

At Pawcket Club, we want you and your cat to love your hoodie. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Contact us first

Before sending anything back, email pawckets@outlook.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return (and photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect)

We'll reply with instructions. Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Condition of items

Because these hoodies are worn against the body and used as a pet carrier, returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of pet hair, odors, and stains
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Items showing signs of wear, washing, pet use, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

Return shipping costs

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return, including:

  • Return postage and carrier fees
  • Tracking and insurance
  • Packaging
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or handling charges on the return shipment

We do not provide prepaid return labels, and we do not reimburse return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exception: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, Pawcket Club covers all return costs and will send a replacement or full refund (including original shipping).

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or promotional items (final sale)
  • Gift cards

Order changes and cancellations

You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing pawckets@outlook.com. After 24 hours, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be changed.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, contact pawckets@outlook.com and we'll follow up.
